MOTION: Commissioner Wang moved to approve the April 20, 2021 minutes, Commissioner Thomas seconded the motion.

MOTION: Commissioner Wang moved to approve the Limited Live Performance Permit, with the Good Neighbor Policy. Commissioner Thomas seconded the motion.

MOTION: Commissioner Wang moved to approve the Place of Entertainment with the friendly amendment permit holder is approved to host entertainment and operate outdoor amplified sound equipment within their outdoor premises between the hours of 9AM-10PM Commissioner Thomas seconded the motion.
ACTION: Approved Place of Entertainment Permit for St. Joseph’s Art Society.
