MOTION: Vice President Caminong motioned to approve the meeting minutes; Commissioner Lee seconded the motion.

Review and possible action to amend Just Add Music permit #JAM-125, dba The Midway located at 900 Marin St, San Francisco, CA 94124, for extended hours of outdoor entertainment and amplified sound for one time events on 12/31/2021, 01/01/2022, and 01/02/2022. [Discussion and Possible Action Item]

MOTION: Vice President Caminong motioned to approve the JAM amendment; Commissioner Falzon seconded the motion.

ACTION: The Commission approved conditional grant of JAM amendment with the Good Neighbor Policy. Â

6. Review and possible action to amend Just Add Music permit #JAM-113, dba Jaxson located at 3231 Fillmore St, San Francisco, CA 94123, for extended hours of outdoor entertainment and amplified sound for one time events on 12/11/2021, 12/18/2021, and 12/31/2021. [Discussion and Possible Action Item]

MOTION: Vice President Caminong motioned to approve the JAM amendment; Commissioner Thomas seconded the motion.

7. Discussion and possible action to amend the permit conditions of Just Add Music permit #JAM-086, dba The Blue Light located at 1979 Union St, San Francisco, CA 94123, regarding ongoing enforcement actions at the business. [Discussion and Possible Action Item]

8. Discussion and possible action to formally adopt Commission versus Administrative Review criteria for making a determination on One Time Event permit applications with outdoor amplified sound and/or outdoor entertainment and requesting extended duration per Article 15.1 of the Police Code (BOS File No. 210285). MOTION: Commissioner Lee motioned to formally adopt the Commission criteria; Commissioner Thomas seconded the motion.

ACTION: The Commission approved to formally adopt the Commission criteria. Â
