She will be contacting the Superintendent next week in terms of him being present at that the health fair.

·     Herb Dang was not in attendance but he did send a representative, George Engel. Herb did not provide a report in his absence. George Engel will coordinate laborers who will distribute flyers to the schools.

He will also deliver flyers and posters to the churches and private schools. Mr. Murray has not been able to contact Greg Sur but he will continue to try to contact him.

·     Yete McMahon from DPH spoke with someone at UCSF regarding the breath mobile and other than a possible staffing glitch, it seems as though the breath mobile will be present at the fair provided that there is enough space for it. DPH will also be providing BMI screenings, nutrition and physical health activities, information regarding “Soda Free Summers”, and child passenger seat safety.

·     Tony Caruso was not in attendance but he did send a report. In lieu of the Wii, he will provide 6 Razor Kick Scooters, 5 Basketballs, 5 Footballs, and 24 Jump Ropes. He will also provide tomato planters, 15 plant kits, plants and flowers for community room décor.

·     Megan Blanton was not attendance, but she will continue to follow through what she supposes to do.

It is ready to be sent to some reporters, and Bayview Newspaper as well as San Francisco Post.  He said Walgreens will come to set up the Blood Pressure table. Kaiser will not have a booth. DR. Moses is still trying to confirm with UCSF on whether or not they will have a booth.
