of an agenda item by completing an information card and submitting it to

the Commission secretary. Requests are given “first come, first serve”

The Southeast Community Facility Commission’s 4^th Annual Health Fair is scheduled for Saturday, September 24^th, 2011 from 10 AM – 2 PM in the Alex Pitcher Community Room located at 1800 Oakdale Avenue, San Francisco, California.

As a reminder the Wednesday, June 22, 2011 Regular meeting is cancelled in lieu of the Tuesday, June 28, 2011 Special meeting.
