Requests for public comment may also be heard after Commission discussion of an agenda item by completing an information card and submitting it to The Commission Secretary.  Requests are given ‘first come first serve’ priority and speakers may be limited to three minutes.

3. Announcement: The Sunshine Ordinance prohibits the use of electronic sound producing devices at/during public meetings.  Please be advised that the meeting chair may remove any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of cell phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electronic devices from the meeting room.

4. Public Comment: Members of the public may address the Commission on matters under the jurisdiction of the Commission that is not on today’s agenda.

5. Proposed Action: Be it resolved that the minutes of the SECF Facilities Advisory Committee Meeting of Wednesday, December 7, 2011 be approved as submitted.

6. The Rules & Regulations: for the use of the Alex Pitcher Community Room & E.P. Mills Auditorium usage. Revision & Updates (Discussion)

a) Review of Committee’s proposed revisions to the Rules & Regulations

7. Topics for Discussion:

Executive Director’s updates to the Committee on:
• To provide an update regarding current tenants now occupying space at 1800 Oakdale Ave.

8. Plan Of Action (Recommendation to the SECFC Commission)

• Recommend to Commission to have the revised Rules & Regulations posted for 10 day to allow for public review and comment then calendar for discussion and adoption at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the SECFCommission. (Action)
