2. Approval of RDTF Minutes of February 17, 2012

3. Community Outreach
. (Discussion.) The Task Force will review current and future outreach activities.
4. Consideration of Citywide Maps
. (Discussion.) The Task Force will continue to hear presentations by persons who submitted draft Citywide district maps on or before March 2, 2012. The Task Force will hear citywide proposals by Alicia Gamez, Chris Waddling, and Bernard Choden. [attachments: citywide map proposals by Gamez, Waddling, and Choden]
. (Discussion and possible action.) The Task Force will hear public input and modify the working draft map developed on February 23, 2012. [attachment: Working Draft Map 2/23/12]
6. Format of Final Task Force Map and Report
. (Discussion.) The Task Force must complete redrawing district lines before April 15, 2012. The Task Force will discuss the format of its final determination, possibly including whether to issue written findings or a report. 7. Task Force Budget
. (Discussion and possible action.) The Task Force will review its current budget and expenses.
8. Task Force Member Reports
. (Discussion and possible action.) Individual members of the Task Force will report on their work assignments and discussions with members of the public or public officials concerning the Task Force's future work. Work assignments include: outreach to ethnic media (Member Mondejar), outreach to neighborhood groups (Member Alonso), data (Member Pilpel), social media (Member Schreiber), budget (Member Lam), ambassadorship (Chair McDonnell), and scheduling of meetings (Member Tidwell).
9. Public Comment
. Members of the public may address the Task Force on matters that are within the Task Force's jurisdiction, but not on today's agenda.

Public Comment will be taken before or during the Task Force’s consideration of each agenda item. Speakers may address the Task Force for up to three minutes on that item. During General Public Comment, members of the public may address the Task Force on matters that are within the Task Force’s jurisdiction and are not on the agenda.

The ringing of and use of cell phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting. Please be advised that the Chair may order the removal from the meeting room of any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of a cell phone, pager, or other similar sound-producing electronic devices.
