1.	11023	The Compliance and Amendments Committee has recommended that Street Artists Program Director Howard Lazar be referred to the District Attorney and the Board of Supervisors for failure to comply with the Order of Determination in File No. 11023_ William Clark v Arts Commission. 2.	11013	The Compliance and Amendments Committee has recommended that John St. Croix of the Ethics Commission and Tonia Lediju of the Controller’s Office be found in willful violation and official misconduct for failure to comply with the Order of Determination in File No. 11013_Patrick Monette-Shaw v the Controller’s Office and the Ethics Commission, the matter be forwarded to the District Attorney and the Ethics Commission for enforcement, and a copy of the referral letter be sent to the San Francisco Civil Grand Jury. Each member of the public who is unable to attend the public meeting or hearing may submit to the City, by the time the proceeding begins, written comments regarding the subject of the meeting or hearing; these comments will be made a part of the official public record.
