Petition is filed by the DA; If charges alleged are true, minor goes to 1st Jurisdictional Court Hearing. If petition is sustained, minor goes to Dispositional Court Hearing. If wardship is declared, minor might be put on supervision probation, private placement facility, Log Cabin Ranch, California Youth Authority. If petition is sustained and wardship is not declared, court ordered informal supervision (725a WI) or Supervision Probation without wardship (725b WI). If the petition is not sustained, minor might be put on Informal Probation (654 wi) or court dismiss the case. If minor is unfit for the Juvenile Court, minor is remanded to Adult Court.
