3. Approval of Minutes from previous meetings.

6. Discussion and possible action regarding the Department of Elections' compliance or non-compliance with the Election Plan for the June 5, 2012 Consolidated Presidential Primary Election as well as the effectiveness of the Election Plan. Report back from Budget and Oversight of Public Elections Committee meeting from August 1, 2012.
