1. Consideration and possible action to adopt a resolution making findings to allow teleconferenced meetings under California Government Code Section 54953(e).

Consent Calendar:
All matters listed hereunder constitute a Consent Calendar, are considered to be routine by the Entertainment Commission, and will be acted upon by a single roll call vote of the Commission. Action: The Commission voted to elect Commissioner Dori Caminong as Vice President.

Action: The Commission voted to elect Commissioner Ben Bleiman as President.
