If you owed an overdue fine to the San Francisco Public Library, your debt may have been eliminated. Starting April 2019, the library does not charge or collect overdue fines and it wiped all outstanding debt. If your account was locked because of a previously owed debt, you may now access the library. If you have lost or damaged a library item, you may still be responsible for replacing it.
