Department Action Plan 2008-2010
What is the Action Plan?
The Planning Department proposed a package of over 30 recommendations for procedural and operational reforms. The list of recommendations was assembled by a working group of Department staff, based on recommendations made by consultants hired by the department, reports by AIA and SPUR, and by suggestions and comments made by staff and stakeholders of the Department. The recommendations are grouped into categories of, some of which have separate pages to explain certain efforts in greater detail:
