Disability Community Members: Take the Affordable Housing survey by July 15

Dear Disability Community Members:
If you are a person with a disability who lives in affordable housing in San Francisco, has tried searching for affordable accessible housing in San Francisco, or are someone who desires accessible affordable housing in San Francisco, please consider completing this survey by July 15.
As a reminder, the Department of Disability and Aging Services (DAS) conducts the Affordable Housing Needs Assessment every three years to understand the housing needs of older people and adults with disabilities and to recommend improvements to the affordable housing system.
The feedback from people with disabilities, including but not limited to the feedback of persons with disabilities under 62, is a critical part of this process.
