On Halloween day, Probation Officers hosted carnival games, played a few games of ball, and distributed goodie bags comprised of candy and school supplies at the Tenderloin Children Rec Center’s Halloween Event.  By night, officers conducted Operation Lights Out registered sex offender compliance checks on probationers with offenses against children.  We were pleased to have been able to distribute more than 100 goodie bags to children comprised of donations from probation department employees.
