Study Aboard in Germany!
2025-2026 Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX). The CBYX program is a fully-funded scholarship from the U.S. Department of State and German Bundestag for 210 American high school students to spend an academic year in Germany. No previous German language experience is needed to apply! Interested applicants can be directed to the CBYX website (www.usagermanyscholarship.org) to learn more about the program, read stories from current and past participants, and begin their applications. Applications are due by 11:59 PM Pacific on November 1, 2024 - that's just one month away!
CBYX Application Open 2025-2026
Don't forget! The CBYX program is a reciprocal program. Just as American students will go to Germany to learn more about German culture, German students will come to the U.S. to learn more about us. If you or someone you know is interested in hosting a German student, please visit www.afsusa.org/host-family/ to learn more and register for an information session.
