1. Call to Order and Roll Call
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 pm. Commissioners present: Wu, He, Plunkett; Commissioners absent: Mansori, Avalos; Staff present: Monica Guzman
Commissioner Avalos arrived at 4:35 pm.
2. Approval of Agenda (Action Item)
Commissioner He, seconded by Commissioner Plunkett, moved to approve the agenda. There was no public comment. The motion was approved by acclamation.

A. Executive officer updates, check-ins
Commissioners shared updates about their weeks. There was no public comment.
B. Updates from check-ins with commissioners
All check ins with commissioners had been completed by commissioners present. There was no public comment.
C. Review of recent youth-related Board of Supervisors legislation.
There was no youth-related legislation in recent legislation introduced. There was no public comment.
D. Review OCOF Data Report
Commissioners Wu gave an update that she will be meeting with Laurie regarding focus groups. She asked if the Youth Commission could give her feedback regarding the data report. The commissioner suggested that each committee read a section then give feedback during full YC. Staff will send out the full report and the sections to read to the commissioners by the end of the week.
E. Committee reports
Committee members offered brief updates from their most recent committee meetings. The Economic Justice and Immigration committee will put the DACA priority on hold until early 2016. They will be focusing on their ELL surveys, unaccompanied minors, and collaborating with HECS on a hearing or town hall on affordability of living in SF. Civic Engagement committee interviewed youth for YEA!, gave a few presentations on Vote16 and will be holding a public speaking training. The HECS meeting will be canceled for this week but they will all be attending a town hall in the Sunset regarding housing legislation. There was no public comment.
F. Approve agenda for November 2, 2015 Full YC Meeting
Commissioner Plunkett, seconded by Commissioner He, moved to cancel the full YC meeting of November 2, 2015.
There was no public comment. The motion was approved by acclamation.
