As District 5 resident, a lifelong resident of San Francisco, and a mayoral appointee to the San Francisco Youth Commission, Nora Hylton is excited to help bring the voice of youth to city government. She is a junior at Lick-Wilmerding High School and is active in the community there as a leader of the Black Student Union and member of the Women of Color Club. In addition to her interest in city government, she is a musician, playing the violin and double bass in several youth jazz bands. In her free time, she loves to make art and listen to music.
