The meeting was called to order at 4:50 pm. Commissioners present: Li, Avalos, Listana. Commissioners Absent: Edelhart, Zheng; Staff present: Adele Failes-Carpenter; Commissioner Avalos was acting chair.

Commissioner Li, seconded by Commissioner Listana, moved to approve the agenda. There was no public comment. The motion was approved by acclamation.
