1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Committee Chair Wu called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Commissioners present: Joyce Wu, David Zheng, Luis Avalos. Emily Guo, Michel Li. There was quorum. Staff present: Allen Lu, Monica Guzman.
2. Approval of Agenda (Action Item)
There was no public comment. Commissioner Avalos, seconded by Commissioner Zheng, moved to approve the agenda. This motion was approved by acclamation.
3. Approval of Minutes (Action Item)
A. May 14, 2015

There was no public comment. Commissioner Zheng, seconded by Commissioner Li, moved to approve the minutes of May 14, 2015. The motion was approved by acclamation.
4. Public Comment on Items not on Agenda (Discussion Only)
There were none.
5. Business (All Items to Follow Discussion and Possible Action)
A. Check-in on Kinetic Konnection
Julia Retzlaff, a student and videographer at BAVC, introduced herself and her colleague. She spoke about the contract, inquired about the video the Youth Commissioners wanted for the day, and professionally shared her thoughts on the event. The Youth Commissioners ultimately would like a 2 minute clip that shows highlights and profile of the day with a “Google Zeitgeist” concept design.
John Gavin, staff at the City Administrator’s Office, also dropped by and shared some documents with the Commissioners that would help them frame what Community Benefit Agreements are and the process in which they are approved and implemented.
Staff updated the commissioners on outreach efforts to the SOMA and Tenderloin. Commissioners requested another site visit to Spotify to finalize flow of events, space, and people.
There was no public comment.
B. Undocumented/DACA Priorities Updates
The committee read and discussed the conclusion of the continued Injunction of President Obama’s propose expansion of DACA and DAPA. They were curious as to what the implications were to San Francisco’s undocumented population, and the Mayor’s budget allocation to the pilot assistance fee waiver program. They felt confident that this program will still be impactful since the existing DACA is still in effect.

6. Staff Report
Staff asked the committee about the scheduling of their next committee meeting, since it will be on the day of their Youth Town Hall. The commissioners requested for the meeting to be held after the town hall at 3:30pm.
Staff shared two upcoming presentation requests of the Youth Commission from New Door Ventures and the Sonoma Junior Human Rights Commissioners. Commissioners Avalos, Guo, and Wu expressed interest.

7. Executive Committee Report
Commissioner Li shared updates regarding the OAC youth seats and the EC’s recommendations which will be reviewed and decided by the Full Commission during the next Full YC meeting. There was no public comment.
