1. Call to Order and Roll Call
The meeting was called to order by committee vice chair, Noah David, at 6:19 pm. Commissioner He was absent. There was quorum.
2. Approval of Agenda (Action Item)
Commissioner Bernick, seconded by Commissioner Wu, moved to approve the agenda. There was no public comment. The motion was approved by acclamation.
3. Approval of Minutes (Action Item)

5. Business (All Items to Follow Discussion and Possible Action)
A. Recent outreach and endorsement updates
Youth advocates present had presented to LYRIC and Chinese Progressive Association and had also met with and earned the endorsement of Assemblymember Phil Ting. Lorelei Vaisse shared she was on her way to meet with the Haight Ashbury Neighborhood Association. There was no further public comment.
B. Preparation for upcoming presentations/workshops
Youth advocates from Vote16 were planning to meet with CHALK and Kabaatan. There was no further public comment.
C. Discuss plan for BOS outreach
Vote16 youth advocates advised they had requested meetings with Supervisors Breed, Tang, and Cohen and were waiting to hear back. There was no further public comment.
D. Updates from video and media team
Cami Doo shared there would be a community meeting the following week on the 23rd for those wanting to work on Vote16 videos and that she they would be participating in a video production workshop at the MIX. There was no further public comment.
E. Updates from poster contest team
Lorelei Vaisse updated the committee that she would be reaching out to Youth Art Exchange for help with poster contest outreach. There was no further public comment.
F. Review other committee and YEA updates
Committee members discussed strategies for campus outreach. They discussed rewriting the Vote16 powerpoint presentation to be less wordy. There was no further public comment.
G. Determine co-facilitator for next meeting
This item was tabled at the request of the chair.
