1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Chair Chen called the meeting to order at 4:08 pm. Commissioners present: Rosa Chen, Anna Bernick, Noah David, Lily Marshall-Fricker, E'mani Davis. Commissioners Precious Listana was absent. Staff present: Monica Guzman. There was quorum.
There was no public comment.
2. Approval of Agenda (Action Item)
Commissioner Marshall-Fricker, seconded by Commissioner Bernick, moved to approve the agenda. There was no public comment. The motion was approved by acclamation.

Commissioner Marshall-Fricker, seconded by Commissioner David, moved to approve the minutes. There was no public comment. The motion was approved by acclamation.

A. Year of Homeless Youth Priority Update
The HECS committee is in the process of scheduling a meeting with Supervisor Kim's office, Larkin Youth Advisory Board and youth from Paul Revere School to discuss youth homelessness. The Youth Commission also requested a presentation from Coalition for Homeless Youth for one of the upcoming full youth commission meetings.
There was no public comment.
B. Equity Analysis Priority Update
The HECS committee continued to focus on brainstorming different determinants of equity that would be most beneficial for assessing San Francisco parks, playgrounds and open spaces. The committee will continue to work on their talking points document and research prior to their meeting with Supervisor Mar's office.

8. Executive Committee Report
There was no executive committee update because they did not meet last week.
9. Staff Report
Staff member Monica updated the committee on prior YC events such as the Vote 16 hearing, the Youth Town Hall and Summer Learning Day. Upcoming events to look out for are the ADA 25th Anniversary celebration on July 1st, 2015 and Mo Magic's Civic Engagement Day on July 2nd, 2015 both at City Hall.
Staff also asked the committee to write up a list of next steps for their priorities for next years youth commissioners, which they did at the meeting.
